Christopher is a true native of Virginia Beach! Born and raised in the area, Christopher began his real estate career in 1988 as a rental agent for a local Sandbridge firm. During his career in property management, Christopher was honored with numerous recognitions including the Distinguished Property Manager Award (1989, 1990 and 1993-1998) from the local Realtors Association.

After many years as a property manager, Christopher decided to make a career change and enter real estate sales where he quickly became the # 1 Sales Agent in Sandbridge Beach. Christopher earned many awards in sales including the local Realtors Association Gold Award which was recognized as the Top Sales Award given at that time.

Christopher has earned many real estate designations throughout his career including the following:

• CBR - Certified Buyer's Representative
• PME - Property Marketing Expert
• RECS - Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist

Christopher is also an Advisory Board Member and Charter Member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society. Christopher has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to his clients by securing a strong educational foundation. In 2008, Christopher returned to Virginia Beach to be near his parents and siblings and found that the Sandbridge real estate market was calling him back.
